Calculation notes

Net time = end − start − unpaid break. Hours are shown as minutes ÷ 60.

This seven-day card starts on the date shown and may not match your employer’s pay period.

Uses the clock times you enter; time-zone and daylight-saving changes are not adjusted.

Optional. Uses total minutes and does not apply overtime or tax rules.

The weekly estimate sums exact minutes and rounds once. CSV shift amounts are apportioned so they add up to that total.

How it works
  1. Choose the card’s starting date and enter shifts and unpaid breaks for each day.
  2. Review each day and the seven-day total in HH:MM and decimal hours; add an hourly rate only if you want a base-pay estimate.
  3. Print or export the card as CSV. Saving it on this device is optional.

Example

Five shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, each with a 30-minute unpaid break, total 40 hours for the week: 40:00 in HH:MM and 40.00 decimal hours.

Frequently asked questions

Does this match my employer’s pay period?

It is a seven-day card that starts on the date you choose. It does not identify or automatically match an employer’s pay period.

What does estimated base pay include?

It is total net minutes divided by 60, multiplied by the hourly rate you enter. It does not calculate overtime, taxes, holiday pay, deductions, or take-home pay.

Is my time card saved automatically?

No. The card is saved in this browser’s localStorage only if you turn on “Save on this device.” You can clear the saved card from the tool or clear this site’s browser storage.
